目的为了解12320卫生热线服务人群吸烟、被动吸烟情况,以及对热线戒烟服务接受程度,为进一步探索有效的戒烟热线干预模式,降低人群吸烟率,减少吸烟相关慢性疾病的发生和死亡提供依据。方法采用12320卫生热线电话调查的方法,调查受咨询居民的人口学资料、吸烟行为、戒烟史和戒烟意愿,对12320卫生热线戒烟服务的接受程度以及被动吸烟情况。结果被调查居民总吸烟率和现在吸烟率分别为20.82%(标化率为19.69%)和19.45%(标化率为17.76%),其中男性分别为47.31%(标化率为43.15%)和44.42%(标化率为39.57%);吸烟者中41.69%近期有戒烟意愿,52.63%曾经尝试过戒烟,戒烟成功率为6.58%(标化率为10.92%),尝试过戒烟的吸烟者戒烟意愿高于未尝试过的;30.99%的现在吸烟者对热线戒烟服务感兴趣,不吸烟者被动吸烟率为47.28%(标化率为41.69%)。结论探索具有中国特色的戒烟热线干预模式,对降低吸烟者的数量,减少吸烟相关慢性疾病的发生和死亡有着不可低估的意义。
Objective To understand the smoking, passive smoking and acceptance of hotline smoking cessation service in 12320 health hotline population, and to provide basis for further exploration of effective smoking cessation hotline, reducing smoking rate in population and reducing the incidence and mortality of smoking-related chronic diseases. Methods 12320 health hotline survey method was used to investigate demographic data, smoking behavior, smoking cessation history and smoking cessation intention of residents consulted, acceptance of 12320 health hotline smoking cessation services and passive smoking. Results The total smoking rate and current smoking rate were 20.82% (standardization rate 19.69%) and 19.45% (standardization rate 17.76%), of which 47.31% were male (standardized rate was 43.15%) and 44.42% (standardized rate of 39.57%); 41.69% of smokers recently have the desire to quit smoking, 52.63% have ever tried to quit smoking, quit smoking success rate was 6.58% (standardized rate of 10.92%), smokers who tried to quit smoking to quit smoking 30.99% of current smokers are interested in hotline smoking cessation services. The passive smoking rate among non-smokers is 47.28% (standardized rate is 41.69%). Conclusion Exploring the quitline hotline with Chinese characteristics has an important meaning to reduce the number of smokers and reduce the occurrence and death of smoking-related chronic diseases.
