目的了解格法玻璃生产线存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,提出防护建议,以保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生学调查的方法、作业场所职业病危害因素现场检测及职业健康检查进行综合评价。结果作业场所存在的职业病危害因素主要为噪声、高温、紫外辐射、工频电场、矽尘、石灰石粉尘、煤尘、其他粉尘、碳酸钠、二氧化硫、液化石油气和一氧化碳,现场检测结果显示除提升机、筛分机、输送机中部和尾部矽尘超限倍数超标外,其余各工种化学有害因素浓度均低于国家限值要求,物理因素检测结果除紫外辐射强度超标外,其余均低于国家标准限值。结论该项目职业病危害关键控制点是矽尘和紫外辐射岗位。该企业的职业病防护措施基本可行,应着力加强防护设备的维护管理及个人防护用品佩戴管理。
OBJECTIVE To understand the occupational hazards and their harmfulness existing in the production line of Gefah glass and propose the protective suggestions to protect the health of laborers. Methods The methods of occupational hygiene investigation, field tests of occupational hazards at workplaces and occupational health examination were comprehensively evaluated. Results The main occupational hazards in the workplace were noise, high temperature, UV radiation, power frequency electric field, silica dust, limestone dust, coal dust, other dust, sodium carbonate, sulfur dioxide, LPG and carbon monoxide. Machinery, screening machines, conveyors in the middle and tail over the limit of excess silica dust, the remaining chemical species concentrations were lower than the national limit, the physical test results in addition to ultraviolet radiation intensity exceeded, the rest were lower than the national standard Limits. Conclusion The key control points of occupational hazards in this project are silica dust and UV radiation posts. The enterprise occupational disease prevention measures are basically feasible, efforts should be made to strengthen the protective equipment management and personal protective equipment wear management.
