目的了解南京地区出入境留学人员麻疹的免疫状况,为加强口岸麻疹监管提供依据。方法随机抽取南京地区出入境留学人员476名,采用ELISA法对其进行麻疹血清IgG抗体水平的监测。结果 (1)入境留学人员麻疹抗体的几何平均浓度(GMC)显著高于出境留学人员(P<0.05),其中20~29岁和男性的入境留学人员GMC均显著高于同类出境留学人群(P<0.05);东地中海地区的留学人群GMC最高,西太平洋地区的留学人群GMC最低。(2)男性、20~29岁境外留学人员抗体阳性率与同类境内留学人员的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)入境留学人员的总体保护率明显高于出境留学人员,其中男性、20~29岁和不同区域的出入境人员之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论出入境留学人员的麻疹IgG抗体水平存在一定的差异,应做好出境留学人员麻疹预防接种史的转录和预防接种工作;有针性地加强入境留学人员的麻疹抗体监测。
Objective To understand the immune status of measles in overseas Chinese in Nanjing and provide the basis for strengthening the monitoring of measles in port. Methods A total of 476 overseas Chinese students were enrolled in Nanjing. Serum IgG antibody levels of measles were detected by ELISA. Results (1) The geometric mean concentration of measles antibody (GMC) of overseas students was significantly higher than that of overseas students (P <0.05). The GMCs of immigrants from 20 to 29 years old and men were significantly higher than that of outbound students <0.05). The GMC of the study population in the Eastern Mediterranean is the highest, while the GMC of the study population in the Western Pacific is the lowest. (2) There was a significant difference between males and females aged 20 ~ 29 (P <0.05). (3) The overall protection rate of returned overseas students was significantly higher than that of overseas students, including men, 20-29 years old and immigrants from different regions with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions There is a certain difference in the levels of measles IgG between immigrant and overseas students. Transcription and vaccination should be well done in the history of immunization against measles in overseas students; the surveillance of measles antibodies by overseas students should be strengthened.
