台阳别墅座落于上海市普陀区真南路,是具有开发运见的美商独资帝国建设开发公司上海亚东建设开发有限公司投资建造,是上海开放以来第一块批租建造的花围别墅。在台阳别墅全部竣工即将正式全面推向社会的前夕,有幸应邀前往参观,先睹了43幢欧美式别墅的建筑风采。 台阳别墅群以其特有的建筑风格,座落在上海市西区交通要扼,沪嘉高速公路分流口近在咫尺,在高速公路上即能远眺别墅群的全貌。步入别墅区的大门,一幢幢红瓦斜顶,色彩淡雅的欧美式建筑给你的感觉是,造型简洁,线条流畅,富有异国情调。前院1.2m高的铁质艺术围栏,低门柱上配以一对古铜色宫廷式门灯,更增添了一分田园色彩,朴实中透出几分豪华,恬静中显出别致活泼。
Taiyang Villa is located in Zhennan Road, Putuo District, Shanghai. It is a wholly foreign-owned Empire Development and Development Corporation Shanghai Yadong Construction Development Co., Ltd. with investment in construction and development. It is the first Huawei Villa built after the opening of Shanghai.
