作者系首都企业家交流协会副理事长,曾随“首都企业家考察团”赴日本考察,先后参观了十几个不同类型的日本企业,并对日本企业的经营战略做了专题考察。此文是作者在考察以后,经过对不同类型的日本企业经营战略进行分析、对比后写出的评介文章。其中介绍的多角化经营、多品种、小批量和生产服务社会化等方面的经营战略,很值得我们的企业家们借鉴。
The author is the vice chairman of the Capital Enterprise Entrepreneurs Association. He visited Japan with the “Entrepreneurs Study Group of the Capital” and visited more than a dozen different types of Japanese companies. He also conducted a special inspection of the Japanese company’s business strategy. This article is written by the author after reviewing and analyzing the business strategies of different types of Japanese companies. The business strategy of multi-corner management, multi-species, small-batch production and socialization of production services is well-known and worthy of our entrepreneurs’ reference.
