随着中印两国高层间的互访,近几年中国企业对印度这个未被开发的潜在市场予以了重视,部分企业已率先“走出去”,凭借着中国产品在技术方面,尤其是价格方面的优势,打开并且逐步占领该市场。前不久印度总理瓦杰帕依成功对我国进行了访问,中印经贸关系也随之再上新高。据统计,2003年前5个月,中印贸易总额达到29亿美元。中国政府非常重视与印度发展更深层次的经济往来,促进双边的经济发展并计划在2005年实现100亿美元的贸易总额。
