一、发展中国家进口技术标准政策。 (一)墨西哥实施新的进口商品预检措施。 墨西哥商工部宣布一项决定,自去年8月31日起,该国将实施新的“进口预警检验制度”,以防止外国产品倾销。 这项名叫aviso previo de imporlacion的规定简称API,是一项临时性措施。墨西哥商工部人士说,预警制度是根据墨西哥外贸法第21节的规定制订的,它与以往措施的不同,是符合世界贸易组织的规模标准。
First, developing countries import technical standards and policies. (I) Mexico implements the new pre-inspection measures for imported goods. The Mexican Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced a decision that since August 31 last year, the country will implement a new “import warning and inspection system” to prevent the dumping of foreign products. The provision called aviso previo de imporlacion referred to as API, is a temporary measure. According to Mexican officials from the Department of Commerce and Industry, the warning system was formulated in accordance with the provisions of section 21 of the Mexican Foreign Trade Law. It differs from previous measures in conformity with the scale standards of the World Trade Organization.
