目的了解邹城市中学生关于低盐饮食防控高血压的认知现状及其低盐饮食行为,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供科学依据。方法按照多阶段随机整群抽样原则,抽取邹城市初中和高中各2所,每年级整群抽取1个班级学生,共计578人进行集中问卷调查。结果邹城市中学生成年人高血压诊断标准总体知晓率为10.6%;每人每天吃盐不宜超过6 g的知晓率为21.0%;赞成低盐饮食的报告率为42.5%;自己能主动选择含盐/钠少的食物报告率为33.7%;购买包装食品时关注过产品的盐/钠含量的报告率为21.0%。结论邹城市中学生关于低盐饮食防控高血压认知较差,缺乏主动低盐饮食行为。应在中学生中有针对性地开展低盐饮食防控高血压相关健康教育,促进其从小培养注重科学饮食的健康生活方式。
Objective To understand the cognitive status of low-salt diet and prevention and control of hypertension among middle school students in Zoucheng city and its low-salt diet behavior, so as to provide a scientific basis for making targeted interventions. Methods According to the principle of multistage random cluster sampling, two middle and high schools of Zoucheng were sampled, and one class of students was sampled from each cluster in a total of 578 in each grade for centralized questionnaire survey. Results The overall awareness rate of adults with hypertension in Zoucheng middle school was 10.6%. The awareness of eating salt not more than 6 g per person per day was 21.0%. The report rate of low salt diet was 42.5% The reported rate of sodium / sodium was 33.7% and the reported salt / sodium content of the product of concern for the purchase of packaged food was 21.0%. Conclusion Zoucheng middle school students have poor cognition about the prevention and control of hypertension in low-salt diet and lack of active low salt diet. Should be low-salt diet targeted prevention and control of hypertension-related health education among middle school students to promote their childhood-oriented scientific diet focused on a healthy lifestyle.
