研究了转基因抗虫棉新品系93-25的抗虫特性及农艺表现。连续4年系统考察表明,在网室、田间、大田生产条件下,93-25对棉铃虫的抗性较强而稳定,农艺性状综合表现良好。在正常、减少或2代不防治时,其抗虫性、农艺性状及产量表现明显优于供试的生产推广种及形态、生化、基因等抗虫材料。在坚持综合防治、减少2-3次治虫条件下,较供试品种增产15%以上。是当前综合表现较好、实用价值较高的抗虫材料。
The pest-resistance characteristics and agronomic performance of a new transgenic line 93-25 were studied. The systematic investigation for 4 years showed that the resistance of 93-25 to cotton bollworm was strong and stable under the conditions of net room, field and field production, and the comprehensive performance of agronomic traits was good. The pest resistance, agronomic traits and yield performance of the two cultivars were significantly better than those of the experimental varieties and morphological, biochemical and genetic insecticidal materials in the normal, reduced or non-controlled 2 generations. While insisting on comprehensive prevention and treatment and reducing the incidence of pest control 2-3 times, the yield of the tested varieties was increased by 15% or more. Is the current overall better performance, high practical value insect-resistant materials.
