一、如何选题在教育教学中能解决实际遇到的问题,能推动自身和学校工作的有效进行的课题就是我们研究的课题。(一)从寻找问题出发去找课题。问题即课题,那么问题从哪儿来呢?对教师来说,问题的来源主要有三个方面:一是从自己的学科教学中、从班导工作中去发现问题。如对自己的教学有什么问题,想改变什么;二是从学校的发展需要、从年级组、教研组的教研活动中去发现
