目的探讨比较穿琥宁与利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的疗效。方法观察2008年3月-2009年10月我院门诊就诊的手足口病普通型患儿,分别采用穿琥宁与利巴韦林静脉滴注,疗程5d,观察治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。结果穿琥宁与利巴韦林治疗手足口病临床疗效满意,且无显著性差异。结论穿琥宁与利巴韦林治疗手足口病疗效相同,均是治疗手足口病普通型的较好治疗方法。
Objective To compare the efficacy of chuanhuning and ribavirin in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods From March 2008 to October 2009, outpatients with HFMD in our hospital were treated with intravenous drip of chuanhuning and ribavirin for 5 days respectively. The clinical efficacy of HFMD in children was observed. Results Chuanhuning and ribavirin treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease clinical efficacy satisfactory, and no significant difference. Conclusion Chuanhuning and ribavirin treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease the same effect, are common type of treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease better treatment.
