检察机关是国家法律监督机关,担负着维护国家法律统一、正确实施,保障在全社会实现公平正义的重要职责。对于检察机关来说,执法公正或者说司法公正是其法律监督工作的必然要求。在检察机关各项法律监督工作中加强说理,是提高法律监督能力的具体举措,是实现司法公正、充分发挥法律监督职能所不可或缺的重要手段,应该采取教育培训等具体措施,全面加强法律监督说理性,切实提升监督实效。
The procuratorial organs are the supervisory organs of state law and bear the important responsibility of safeguarding the unification of national laws and implementing them correctly and guaranteeing fairness and justice in the whole society.
