With the continuous deepening of the health reforms, the reforms have touched upon the deep-seated problems in the internal management system of the medical and health unit labor system, personnel system, and distribution system. What are the attitudes of employees of medical and health units in the reform of the internal management system? With these questions, we investigated the District First People’s Hospital and the District Second People’s Hospital.
