就抗癌Ⅰ号对荷瘤鼠血液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和血液中的葡萄糖(GLU)的影响进行了观察,结果显示,抗癌Ⅰ号有增加荷瘤鼠血液中SOD活力、降低LPO含量和LDH活性、提高血GLU浓度的作用,表明抗癌Ⅰ号可能是通过改善体内自由基代谢和糖代谢来延长荷瘤鼠生存时间的。
The effect of anticancer I on the blood superoxide dismutase (SOD), lipid peroxide (LPO), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and glucose (GLU) in blood was observed in tumor-bearing mice. It was shown that anticancer I increased the blood SOD activity, decreased LPO content and LDH activity, and increased blood GLU concentration in tumor-bearing mice, suggesting that anticancer I may prolong tumorigenesis by improving free radical metabolism and glucose metabolism in vivo.
