高速公路建设增加了不同地区之间经济、政治、文化的交流和联系,而且方便了广大民众的出行,这些都是高速公路建设的价值体现。在高速公路管理工作中,养护管理是其中的重要内容,是高速公路运行稳定的有力保障。由于我国高速公路建设发展时间不长,对于高速公路的养护管理缺乏足够的实践经验,导致当前我国高速公路养护管理中还存在一些问题。
The construction of expressways has increased the economic, political and cultural exchanges and contacts among different regions and facilitated the traveling of the general public. These are the values embodied in the construction of expressways. In highway management, conservation management is an important part of it, and is a powerful guarantee for the stable operation of the expressway. As the development of expressway construction in our country lasted for a long time, the lack of practical experience in the maintenance and management of expressway led to some problems in the current maintenance and management of expressway in our country.
