在Triton X-100非离子表面活性剂存在下用PAN分光光度法测定微量锌已有报导,但方法灵敏度不高(ε=5.6×10~4)。近年来有资料报导对若干偶氮染料作为发色试剂及其金属络合物的光谱性质进行了研究,本文根据资料采用2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(简称5-Br-PADAP)在Triton X-100存在下与锌的反应进行了研究。实践证明,该试剂在非离子表面活性剂存在下与锌反应生成可溶于水的紫红色络合物,比用PAN法的灵敏度提高一倍多。反应适宜的pH
