采用激光冲击强化工艺对近α型Ti834高温合金进行了表面处理,研究了激光冲击前后合金在600℃×100h的热稳定性和微观组织特征,并采用扫描电镜法分析了合金在不同状态下的拉伸断口特征。结果表明,合金经毛坯热暴露后,强度略有提高,而塑性变化不大;而经试样热暴露后,合金强度略有降低,塑性降低幅度较大。激光冲击处理使试样热暴露后的合金强度提高,而塑性进一步降低。在激光冲击处理过程中,合金表面晶体缺陷的形成是导致合金塑性进一步降低的主要原因。
The surface treatment of the near-α Ti834 superalloy was carried out by laser shock-enhanced technology. The thermal stability and microstructure of the alloy before and after laser shocking at 600 ℃ × 100h were studied. The effect of the alloy under different states was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy Tensile fracture characteristics. The results show that the strength of the alloy increases slightly after thermal exposure of the billet, while the plasticity does not change much. However, the strength of the alloy slightly decreases and the plasticity decreases greatly after the thermal exposure. The laser shock treatment increases the strength of the alloy after heat exposure of the sample, while the plasticity is further reduced. During the laser shock treatment, the formation of crystal defects on the alloy surface is the main reason that leads to the further decrease of the plasticity of the alloy.
