对30CrNi2MoV压裂泵阀箱用钢进行880℃淬火+560~650℃回火的调质处理,在室温下进行了Charpy V型缺口示波冲击试验,通过SEM对各个回火温度下的冲击断口形貌进行了对比分析。实验结果表明:30CrNi2MoV阀箱钢的延性断裂韧度、动态断裂韧度、裂纹扩展功、冲击功等关键指标均随回火温度的升高而升高。供货态试样断口为解理形貌;560℃回火断口形貌是准解理+韧窝;590~650℃断口是韧窝形貌。冲击韧度和冲击断口形貌有良好的对应关系。
The quenching of 880 ℃ quenching and tempering from 560 ℃ to 650 ℃ of 30CrNi2MoV fracturing valve box steel was carried out. Charpy V-notch oscillometric impact test was carried out at room temperature. The impact fracture of each tempering temperature Morphology were comparative analysis. The experimental results show that the ductile fracture toughness, dynamic fracture toughness, crack propagation work and impact energy of 30CrNi2MoV valve case steel increase with the increase of tempering temperature. The fracture morphology of the sample was cleaved at 560 ℃; the morphology of the fracture at 560 ℃ was quasi-cleavage + dimple; the fracture at 590-650 ℃ was dimple morphology. Impact toughness and impact fracture morphology has a good correspondence.
