全心全意依靠工人阶级,是由我们党和国家的性质决定的。在企业实行场(厂)长负责制后,工会干部的参政意识、企业经营者的民主意识、党的干部的公仆意识,就构成了全心全意依靠职工群众办好企业的主体。只有这三方面的意识增强了,才能真正让职工行使当家作主的民主权利。工会干部应有较强的议政意识工会参政议政,是指工会代表职工并组织职工参加企业、事业经济生活等管理而言,更好地反映和集中职工的意见、愿望、智慧和要求。工会干部做为同级副职参加行政和党委领导班子的会议机会较多,因而也为职工参政议政创造了十分有利的条件。因此,必须增强工会干部的参政意识和参政能力,真正参得
The wholehearted reliance on the working class is determined by the nature of our party and our country. After implementing the long responsibility system of the factory (plant) in the enterprise, the awareness of participating cadres in the political participation, the democratic consciousness of the enterprise managers and the public servant consciousness of the party cadres constitute the main body that wholeheartedly relies on the masses of workers and staff to run enterprises well. Only when the awareness of these three aspects is enhanced can we truly enable our workers to exercise their democratic rights as masters of their own affairs.
