半年来,陕西省各级人民检察署,按照预定计划,一面积极建立机构,一面以全力配合了三大运动。由于各级党、政首长的重视,和检察署本身的努力,各方面的工作比去年都有显著的进步。但由于各地条件不同,决定了工作发展的不平衡性,全省以关中三专区较好,陕北次之,陕南较差。因而这个报告的内容也就偏重于关中、陕北两地。
In the past six months, the people’s procuratorates at all levels in Shaanxi Province, in accordance with the plan, actively set up institutions while fully cooperating with the three major movements. Thanks to the importance attached by the party and government leaders at all levels and the efforts of the Attorney-General’s Department, the work in all fields has made remarkable progress over last year. However, due to the different conditions in different places, the unbalanced development of work was decided. The province was better off in the Guanzhong three prefectures, followed by northern Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi. Therefore, the content of this report also emphasizes Guanzhong and northern Shaanxi.
