目的探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗面部顽固性扁平疣的临床疗效。方法随机将入选的患者分为两组,治疗组16例,用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗,1次/周,共3周;对照组16例,外搽5%咪喹莫特乳膏,隔天1次,共3周。疗程结束后判定疗效并随访半年。结果治疗组治愈率100.00%,对照组33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随访6个月,治疗组未见复发,有12例出现轻微色素沉着,在疗程结束后2个月内消退;对照组1例患者因出现明显的红肿而退出治疗,8例患者出现轻微红肿,继续用药后症状逐渐消退,无患者复发。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗面部顽固性扁平疣效果显著,安全性高。
