从四个方面概述了健脾益气基本方剂四君子汤近年来药理研究进展。(1)对紊乱的胃肠道功能的康复作用;(2)调节免疫功能及抗突变抗肿瘤作用;(3)促进血液生成作用;(4)对肝脏的保护及肾上腺皮质功能低下的改善作用。为阐明该古方的功用提供了现代实验依据。
From four aspects, the recent advances in the pharmacological research of Jianpi Qi Basic Prescription Sijunzi Decoction have been summarized. (1) Rehabilitation of disorders of gastrointestinal function; (2) Regulation of immune function and resistance to anti-mutagenic and anti-tumor effects; (3) Promotion of hematopoietic effects; (4) Protection of the liver and improvement of adrenal insufficiency . To provide an experimental basis for clarifying the function of this ancient square.
