接触性皮炎占全部职业性皮肤病的90%以上。本文对该病的病因、临床表现、诊断及处理作了介绍,并较详细阐述了刺激性和变应性接触性皮炎的发病机理。指出属于Ⅳ型变态反应的变应性接触性皮炎中,T淋巴细胞和郎格罕氏细胞起核心作用。
Contact dermatitis accounts for more than 90% of all occupational dermatoses. This article describes the etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of the disease, and more elaborate the pathogenesis of irritant and allergic contact dermatitis. It is pointed out that T lymphocytes and Langerhans cells play a central role in allergic contact dermatitis, which is a type IV allergy.
