An all-digital way of laser drive circuit for pulse shaping has been demonstrated.The frequency,pulse width and amplitude of the output of semiconductor can be real-time continuously modulated.The output pulse width is less than 1ns with the pulse repletion frequency of 100 KHz,and the time of the rising and falling edges of the pulse were less than 700 ps.
