将微透析技术引入运动医学领域 ,建立了相应的实验方法 ,并将其用于运动性疲劳及其恢复过程的研究。选用 9只健康成年SD雄性大鼠 ,实施脑立体定位术后 ,采用一次性力竭游泳运动方式训练大鼠 ,通过植入微透析探针到下丘脑区进行取样并测定其运动前、后及恢复过程中大脑下丘脑区细胞外液中某些氨基酸的变化。结果表明 :(1)利用本实验建立的微透析法 ,能够检测到大鼠运动前后下丘脑区微量氨基酸的变化 ;(2 )大鼠急性力竭游泳运动后 ,下丘脑区递质类氨基酸及其衍生物均明显增加 ,抑制性递质类氨基酸的增加高于兴奋性氨基酸 ,且Gln、Asn的增加有显著性差异。
The introduction of microdialysis technology into the field of sports medicine, established the corresponding experimental methods, and used for sports fatigue and recovery process research. Nine healthy adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were selected for brain stereotactic surgery. After a one-time exhaustive swimming exercise, rats were trained and implanted microdialysis probe into the hypothalamus area for sampling. Changes of Some Amino Acids in Extracellular Fluid of Hypothalamus in Brain during Recovery. The results showed that: (1) The microdialysis method established in this experiment can detect the changes of trace amino acids in the hypothalamus area before and after exercise; (2) After acute exhaustive swimming exercise in rats, the contents of neurotransmitter amino acids in the hypothalamus area and Its derivatives were significantly increased, inhibitory amino acids increased higher than the excitatory amino acids, and Gln, Asn increased significantly different.
