随着国家经济的发展与社会的飞速进步,我国的汽车制造业也得到了飞速的发展,从原来只能靠进口和引进技术才能生产汽车,到如今可以自主研发,形成自己的汽车品牌。这标志着我国汽车制造业的巨大进步与提高。在汽车制造业中质量管理是把控汽车质量的关键环节之一。汽车制造要本着“以客户为中心,提高客户满意度,提升客户体验”为核心,从这个基点出发建立完善的质管系统,建立质管信息化系统,继续加强质管体系在汽车制造业中的巨大作用。本文主要讨论与分析了汽车制造过程中出现的质量问题的管理现状,并提出了解决方案,以供参考。
