每一个班主任在班集体建设中都希望学生能得到健康发展,构建良好班集体,并在此过程中提升自己管理班级的水平和能力。班主任也都有走近学生的愿望,但并非每个人都能如愿以偿。每个班级的学生,无论从性格上、学习上、习惯上都存在着很大的差异,尤其是一些顽皮学生,更是任课教师和班主任关注的焦点,往往也让每一位班主任颇感头疼。顽皮生的转化工作,是一项艰苦复杂的思想教育工程,必须经过一个反复漫长的过程。
