我们自1987年至1997年共手术治疗脑脓肿39例,取得较好效果,现将我们的诊治体会介绍如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组男30例,女9例。年龄17个月至67岁,其中13～35岁占73％。病程11d至7个月,多为1～2个月。脓肿的病因与皮肤疖肿、拔牙、流产等血源性感染有关的10例(25.8％),与头外伤、化脓性或胆脂瘤性中耳炎等邻近病灶直接蔓延有关8例(20.5％),与颅脑手术有关的2例(5.1％);隐源性脑脓肿19例(48.6％)。
We have a total of 39 cases of brain abscess surgery from 1987 to 1997, achieved good results, now we introduce the diagnosis and treatment as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 30 men and 9 women. Age 17 months to 67 years, of which 13 to 35 years old accounted for 73%. Course of 11d to 7 months, mostly 1 to 2 months. 10 cases (25.8%) related to blood-borne infections such as skin gallbladder, tooth extraction and miscarriage, and 8 cases (20.5%) were related to the direct spread of adjacent lesions such as head trauma, purulent or cholesteatoma otitis media, There were 2 cases (5.1%) related to brain surgery and 19 cases (48.6%) of cryptogenic brain abscess.
