一九五三年上半年情况一九五三年上半年虽然校外的活动和突击工作减少了,但由於我们没考虑到教师的思想基础和业务基础,在工作中急躁冒进,产生了不少形式主义,造成又忙又乱。如一学期搞了十三次观摩教学,举行语文算术观摩教学时,规定所有体育、图书、音乐教师也都要参加,强调培养重点,对其他班级教师缺乏关怀照顾,引起其他教师的不满。兼职多任务重的教师疲於奔命,有些教师却在一旁讽刺他们是“行政的宠儿”。我们想通过重点班级的观摩教学来提高其他教师,他们却说:“重点班级有什么了不起,我不是来观摩,而是来挑缺点的。”我们一天到晚想办法“提高”教师,“改进”教学,而教师是这样的看待我们,真是:行政上辛辛苦苦,教师们牢骚满腹。我们感到工作难於开展,不知对学校工作如何领导才好。
