中国社会工作的建立和发展,应该扎根在中国社会文化的土壤中,育化出适合中国国情的工作理论与方法体系。首先,需要整个社会科学界对中国进行切实的研究,使研究结论能够真实反应中国社会的特点,并为社会工作的具体实践提供可靠的理论和方法依据。其次,社会工作者应该在自己的实践中不断积累具有中国本土特点的经验,并将之系统和专业化。
The establishment and development of China’s social work should be rooted in the soil of China’s social culture and nurture a work theory and method system that is suitable for China’s national conditions. First of all, it is necessary for the entire social science community to conduct an effective study of China so that the conclusions of the study can truly reflect the characteristics of Chinese society and provide credible theoretical and methodological basis for the concrete practice of social work. Second, social workers should continue to accumulate experiences in their own practice with Chinese characteristics and systematize their professionalism.
