用荧光光度分析法测试了绞股蓝及其总皂甙中硒的含量,结果表明:湖北鹤峰绞股蓝植物中硒的含量为队0.395ppm,采用溶剂法提取的绞股蓝粗总皂甙中硒含量为0.180ppm。
The selenium content in Gynostemma pentaphyllum and its total saponins was measured by fluorescence spectrophotometry. The results showed that the selenium content in the Gynostemma pentaphyllum plant in Hubei was 0.395 ppm, and the selenium content in Gynostemma gross crude saponin extracted by solvent was 0.180 ppm.
