教师的人格,既体现着教师之间的个性差异,又是社会关系和道德关系在教师个人身上的内在体现。社会和教育的发展要求语文教师具备理想的人格,即应具备相应的品质、知识、操守与文化修养。语文教师理想人格的建构需要从多方面入手,既要不断加强自身道德品质,又要努力提高文化修养;既要从多方面完善人格,又要善于在与他人的交流中提升人格。只有这样,才能适应教育教学改革发展的需要。
Teachers’ personality not only embodies the individual differences between teachers, but also reflects the social relations and moral relations on the individual teachers. The development of society and education requires that language teachers have an ideal personality, that is, they should have corresponding qualities, knowledge, ethics and cultural accomplishment. The construction of the ideal personality of Chinese teachers needs to be started from many aspects. It is necessary to continuously strengthen their own moral qualities and strive to improve their cultural accomplishments. It is necessary to improve their personality in many aspects and to be good at promoting their personalities during their exchanges with others. Only in this way can we meet the needs of education and teaching reform and development.
