目的:以党参的产量、浸出物与党参炔苷含量为观察指标,评价党参种植中喷施党参壮根灵对其质量的影响。方法:以重量法计算产量,热回流法测定浸出物,HPLC法测定党参炔苷含量。结果:重量法能切实反映其产量;热回流法能准确测定浸出物;HPLC法测定党参炔苷含量,党参炔苷进样量在0.19~0.96μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),精密度试验的RSD为1.2%(n=5),重复性试验的RSD为1.6%(n=6),平均回收率为99.4%(RSD=1.8%,n=6)。结论:喷施党参壮根灵使党参单位种植面积的产量平均提高36%,单位质量的浸出物维持不变,而单位质量的党参炔苷含量平均降低20%,这为科学种植和保证党参质量提供了参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of Codonopsis and Ginseng Root Sprouts on the quality of Codonopsis cultivation by taking the yield of Codonopsis pilosula, extract and content of Codonopin as observation index. Methods: The yield was calculated by gravimetric method. The extract was determined by hot reflux method. The content of Ciprofloxacin was determined by HPLC. Results: Gravimetric method can reflect its yield accurately. The thermal reflux method can determine the extract accurately. The HPLC method has good linearity (r = 0.9997) for the determination of Ciprofloxacin in the range of 0.19 ~ 0.96μg, , RSD of precision test was 1.2% (n = 5), RSD of repeatability test was 1.6% (n = 6), and the average recovery was 99.4% (RSD = 1.8%, n = 6). Conclusion: The yield of Codonopsis pilosula planting unit is increased by 36% on average by spraying Codonopsis szechuanarum and the extract per unit mass remains the same while the content of Codonophenosin per unit mass is reduced by 20% on average, which is a scientific method for planting and ensuring the quality of Codonopsis Provided a reference.
