随着改革开放的不断深入,农村经济日益繁荣,广大农民生活水平迅速提高,他们对改善居住条件,改变雷同住宅样式以及在集镇拥有经营住宅的要求十分迫切,为适应这一新形式,给广大农民提供一批优秀的现代化村镇住宅设计方案,并通过规划示范和推广实施,改变村镇面貌,推进农村城镇化、城乡一体化进程,实现小康住宅目标,就成了村镇建设工作者义不容辞的责任。本文介绍由我室设计的在东港地区建成使用并普遍受到欢迎的“上住下店”经营住宅一例,以求同行指教。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the rural economy is increasingly prosperous, and the living standards of the vast number of peasants are rapidly rising. They are very urgent to improve the living conditions, change the style of similar residential buildings, and have the right to operate a residential house in a town. To adapt to this new form, to the general public The farmers have provided a number of excellent modern village and town dwellings design programs. Through planning, demonstration and promotion, changing villages and towns, advancing the process of rural urbanization and urban-rural integration and realizing the goal of well-to-do housing have become unshirkable responsibilities of village and township construction workers. This article describes an example of a “home to a store” business residence that was designed and built in the Donggang area and was generally welcomed by our room for the purpose of seeking advice from peers.
