工会是劳动关系矛盾的产物, 劳动关系和谐是社会和谐的一个重要内容。当前,我国劳动关系呈现出急剧变化的态势。如何才能更好地建立和谐稳定的劳动关系,这是工会组织面临的一个特定又亟待研究的重要课题。本文试就构建乡镇(街道)区域性劳动争议调解机制作一探讨。
Trade unions are the result of contradictions in labor relations. Harmony in labor relations is an important part of social harmony. At present, the labor relations in our country have shown a drastic change. How to establish harmonious and stable labor relations better is an important issue to be studied urgently by trade unions. This article attempts to build a township (street) regional labor dispute mediation mechanism to make a discussion.
