1 问题的提出 1988年,大秦一期工程竣工后,通信、信号、电化和电力(简称“四电”)的设备保护地线,因地质条件差,仍有约500组地线不能达到设计要求。 为彻底解决地线问题,在铁道部建设司主持下,铁路部第三勘测设计院和铁道部第十八工程局电务工程处等成立了专题研究小组,对大秦一期“四电”地线的改造标准和方法,进行了大量的调查和选点试验,形成初步改造方案,经部建设司批准,1992年9月,开始对大秦线“四电”不合格地线进行改造处理,并在施工中逐步形成了一套高大地电阻率地段地线施工方法。
