30年前,在一代伟人邓小平亲自倡导并批准下,广播电视大学沐浴着改革的春风,在中华大地如雨后春笋般发展起来。创办广播电视大学是邓小平教育思想的伟大实践,也是中国高等教育发展史上的伟大创举。30年来,广播电视大学不断探索适应不同学习需求、提供多样化教育服务的新模式,开辟综合运用现代技术手段开展远程教育的新路子和合作办学、整合与共享教育资源的新途径,建立健全有效保障远程教育质量的新机制,为扩大人民群众接受高等教育机会、建设终身学习体系,为我国社会主义现代化建设作出了历史性贡献。为深入贯彻落实党的十七大精神,全面总结广播电视大学教育30年来改革和发展的成就,在国家构建终身教育体系和建设学习型社会新形势下,研究和探索广播电视大学内涵建设思路,本刊特意组织有关专家、学者,对广播电视大学的发展历程与历史经验进行总结,对远程教育内涵建设和持续发展的思路进行研究,对广播电视大学在全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会背景下的机遇与挑战进行分析,以期深化对广播电视大学未来发展的认识。
Thirty years ago, under the guidance and approval of a generation of great people Deng Xiaoping himself, the spring breeze of radio and television bathed in reform and development in China has sprung up. In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), comprehensively summarize the achievements made in the reform and development of radio and television universities in the past 30 years, and study and explore the connotation of radio and television universities under the new situation of establishing lifelong education system and learning- This journal specially organizes relevant experts and scholars to summarize the development history and historical experience of RTVU, to study the connotation construction and sustainable development of RTVU, to study the RTVU’s learning social background of universal learning and lifelong learning Under the opportunity and challenge analysis, with a view to deepen the understanding of the future development of radio and television universities.
