受国家经济委员会食品工业办之邀,《制冷》期刊于八八年十二月十二至廿七日参加了首届中国食品博览会的展销活功。博览会于北京国际展览中心举行,大会除全国各地的名、优、新、特食品评比、展销、授奖外,还专门开设食品科技图书刊物馆,进行食品科技图书刊物观摩、展销及交流活动。李鹏、万里、阿沛·阿旺晋美、任仲夷等中央首长及叶选平、匡吉等广东省领导同志参观了博览会,并作了重要批示及题词。
