本文谈及的“社会工作专业”仅指学院教育中的学科专业,尽管在民政管理干部学院曾经是很明确的“社会工作与管理”专业现改称为“社会保障”专业,然而在具体的教学过程、课程配置及对课程内容的理解与设计上,并无大的改变,社会工作的提法也正在被民政部门充满热情的接纳和较广泛的使用;两年后,民政管理干部学院又极有可能升格为社会工作学院;考虑这些因素,致使笔者想尝试对发展社会工作专业作一些初步的探索。
