目的:观察L-Arg对肾血管性高血压所致心肌肥厚大鼠孤束核NOS及主动脉、左室肌CaM含量的影响。方法:运用组织化学染色显示孤束核NOS阳性神经元,并测定光密度作半定量分析,用生化方法测定主动脉和左室肌CaM活性。结果:8周后L-Arg治疗组孤束核NOS含量增加,主动脉及左室肌CaM活性较2K1C组和L-NAME治疗组低。结论:L-Arg治疗能逆转心肌肥厚,促进孤束核NOS阳性神经元生成,并对主动脉及左室肌CaM产生积极影响。
Objective: To observe the effect of L-Arg on the content of CaM in NOS, aorta and left ventricular muscle of nucleus tractus solitarius induced by renovascular hypertensive rats. Methods: NOS positive neurons of nucleus tractus solitarius were detected by histochemical staining. The optical density was determined by semiquantitative analysis. The activity of CaM in the aorta and left ventricular muscle was measured by biochemical methods. Results: After 8 weeks, the content of NOS in nucleus tractus of L-Arg group increased, while the activity of CaM in aorta and left ventricle was lower than that of 2K1C group and L-NAME group. CONCLUSION: L-Arg treatment can reverse cardiac hypertrophy and promote the production of NOS positive neurons in the nucleus tractus of the solitary tract and positively affect CaM of the aorta and left ventricle.
