为适应丘陵小田块农作物收获作业时清选分离的需要,设计了一款小型单风机单筛体、结构紧凑的平面振动清选装置。运用机械系统动力学分析软件(ADAMS),分析了筛体主要部件参数变化对其运动的影响规律;运用该软件的数值分析功能,对所设计筛分装置的结构参数进行了优化。结果表明:曲柄转速与曲柄长度是影响筛面加速度的两个最敏感因素;此款小型筛分装置的曲柄长度为25mm、转速为360r/min时,筛面加速度增加22%。
In order to meet the need of clear separation when harvesting hilly small field crops, a compact single-plane sieve body and a compact plane vibration cleaning device were designed. The mechanical system dynamics analysis software (ADAMS) was used to analyze the influence laws of the main components of sieve body on the movement. The numerical analysis function of the software was used to optimize the structural parameters of the designed sieve unit. The results show that the crank speed and crank length are the two most sensitive factors that affect the acceleration of the screen surface. The crank length of this small screening device is 25mm. When the rotation speed is 360r / min, the acceleration of the screen surface increases by 22%.
