以2009年9月1日到2010年6月30日为一个统计年度,对华南理工大学文献传递业务进行计量分析,包括:教师/学生申请量比较;CASHL/CALIS/国家图书馆/NSTL等文献传递系统使用量;申请文献传递读者的学院分布;申请文献的类型;人文/理工申请数对比等。根据计量分析结果提出对策与思考,如:规范化管理文献传递数据;加大补贴力度;开发文献传递申请网上统一提交系统;建立图书馆文献传递人员即时交流平台;提高工作人员素质,为读者提供优质服务。
From September 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010 as a statistical year, the paper analyzes the document delivery business of South China University of Technology, including: comparison of teacher / student applications; CASHL / CALIS / National Library / NSTL and other documents The amount of system used to deliver the system; the distribution of college students who applied for document delivery; the types of applications; the comparison of humane / polytechnic applications. According to the results of metrological analysis, some countermeasures and thinking are put forward, such as: standardizing the management of document delivery data; increasing the subsidy; developing document delivery application to submit the system online uniformly; setting up an instant exchange platform for library document delivery personnel; improving staff quality and providing readers with high quality service.
