在第二届中国秘书杯——运通杯秘书学论著评奖中,由饶士奇先生编著、湖北科学技术出版社1994年3月出版的《文书学》(以下简称“饶著《文书学》”)荣获一等奖。笔者作为评委会文书类著作评审组的负责人之一,不仅从这都著作中看到我国当代文书学向着科学化、系统化、规范化方向又迈出了可喜的一步,而且还从这部著作中学习到作者严谨治学的品格,受益颇多。这部著作有以下特色。
