永宁公园位于永宁江之右岸,黄岩城市之西侧边缘,为城市主要出入口(温台高速出口)。东起西江闸,西临104国道复线,总用地面积约为21.6公顷,其中,河滩地(防洪堤外侧)占地面积约为4.6公顷。作为永宁江生态环境综合治理的一个示范工程,公园从全局设计到细节建设,都在传播着先进的生态环境伦理和城市滨河建设理念,它所代表的已不仅仅是城市滨水绿地系统的重要组成部分,更是区域
Yongning Park is located on the right bank of the Yongning River, Huangyan city on the western edge of the city’s main entrance (Wen-Tai Expressway exit). It starts from Xijiang River in the east and runs along the 104 State Road in the west. The total land area is about 21.6 hectares. Among them, the flood land (outside the flood dam) covers an area of about 4.6 hectares. As a model project for the comprehensive management of the ecological environment in the Yongning River, from the overall design to details construction, the park is spreading the advanced eco-environmental ethics and the concept of urban riverfront construction.
