在毛主席无产阶级革命路线指引下,通过批林批孔运动,华东地区中小型电机技术情报网,自73年10月杭州会议以来,在各省(市)机械局的领导下,在上海市电器科学研究所的大力支持和协助下,在各省(市)网内成员单位和组长、秘书单位的共同努力下,在1974年内,积极而有效地开展了一系列技术交流活动、调查研究和省网键全组织等工作,使全网情报人员的精神面貌发生了深刻的变化,路线斗争觉悟不断提高,群众性的技术情报活动开展得比较活跃,出现了朝气蓬勃的局面。在1974年的区网工作中,我们有以下几点体会。
