应用文献资料、逻辑分析和数理统计等方法,阐述了竞技体育在中国和世界发展失衡的具体表现,指出包容性发展理念缺失是其主因。研究认为,包容性理念下中国竞技体育优势对外合作输出,不仅可以改变世界和中国竞技体育发展严重失衡的格局,树立中国竞技体育强国形象,稳固优势项目在奥运会项目中的存在,而且对中国竞技体育体制的改革、人才培养、管理模式的更新、科学优化资源配给等方面都将起到积极的、无可替代的作用。
By means of literature, logic analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper expounds the concrete manifestation of unbalanced development of competitive sports in China and the world. It points out that the lack of inclusive development is the main cause. According to the research, under the concept of inclusiveness, the cooperation and export of competitive advantages in China can not only change the pattern of the serious unbalance between the world and the development of Chinese competitive sports, establish the image of a strong nation in competitive sports in China, and maintain a strong competitive advantage in the Olympic Games. Moreover, The reform of the sports system, the cultivation of qualified personnel, the updating of the management mode, and the scientific optimization of the distribution of resources will play an active and irreplaceable role.
