研究了 1 5~ 1 7℃、2 0~ 2 2℃下 ,0 .0 1 mg/L锐劲特对被 1 mg/L马拉硫磷抑制的麦穗鱼 (Pseudorasbora parva)脑乙酰胆碱酯酶 (ACh E)活性恢复的影响 .结果表明 :在 1 5~ 1 7℃ ,经 48h抑制 ,ACh E被抑制了 40 % ,恢复 1 44 h后 ,处理组与无锐劲特对照都恢复到了空白对照的 80 %以上 .在此温度下锐劲特对 ACh E活性恢复的影响不明显 ;而在 2 0~ 2 2℃下 ,经相同的处理时间 ,ACh E被抑制了 70 % ,恢复 2 4 0 h后 ,处理组与无锐劲特对照都只恢复到了对照的 70 % .其间于 1 44、1 92 h,ACh E活性差异达显著水平 (P<0 .0 5) ,说明了在此温度下锐劲特对 ACh E活性恢复的影响 .文中还讨论了恢复研究的意义 .
The effect of 0.1 1 mg / L fipronil on the activity of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in Pseudorasbora parva, which was inhibited by 1 mg / L malathion, was studied at 15 ~ 17 ℃ and 20 ~ 22 ℃.
