针对MB82多组份MoBi催化剂的氧化还原特性,设计了一种实验方法,考察了各种真实反应气氛对催化剂反应性能(活性、选择性)的影响。引入了催化剂表面活性中心分率β的概念,用于描述气氛组成对催化剂的影响。由理论推导和实验结果,定量地得到了各个组份分压、时间等对β的影响。分析了催化剂选择性受反应气氛影响的实验结果。把倦化剂表面晶格氧活性中心划分成选择性晶格氧(OA)和非选择性晶格氧(OW)活性中心。这两种中心分率的分布可用式(7)表示。
Aiming at the redox properties of MB82 multicomponent MoBi catalyst, an experimental method was designed to investigate the effects of various real reaction atmospheres on the catalytic performance (activity, selectivity) of the catalyst. The concept of catalyst surface active site fraction β was introduced to describe the effect of the atmosphere composition on the catalyst. Theoretical derivation and experimental results, quantitatively obtained the partial pressure of each component, the time on the impact of β. The experimental results of catalyst selectivity affected by reaction atmosphere were analyzed. The lattice oxygen activity center of the surface of the burn agent is divided into selective lattice oxygen (OA) and non-selective lattice oxygen (OW) active centers. The distribution of the two center fractions can be expressed by Eq. (7).
