目的:探讨小儿重型闭合性颅脑损伤的诊治经验。方法:对14例小儿重型闭合性颅脑损伤患者,行头颅CT检查,采取手术为主的综合治疗措施。结果:生存12例,死亡2例。结论:对小儿重型闭合性颅脑损伤行头颅CT检查明确诊断,采取手术为主综合治疗措施,以尽快降低颅内压为首要目标,可达到减少病死率之目的。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric severe closed head injury. Methods: 14 cases of children with severe closed head injury patients, head CT examination, the use of surgery-based comprehensive treatment measures. Results: 12 cases survived and 2 died. Conclusion: The diagnosis of severe closed head injury in children with craniocerebral CT diagnosis is clear. Surgical intervention is the main comprehensive treatment measures. To reduce intracranial pressure as the primary goal as soon as possible can achieve the purpose of reducing mortality.
