2.2.3.3鼓励意见沟通和参与管理增加机构内部沟通网络,运用各种沟通关系,鼓励员工多作意见沟通,以增进相互间的了解。管理者对政策的制定、计划的拟定、重要措施的决定等,更需鼓励员工参与,使员工能有更多的机会对机构做更多的贡献。
2.2.3.3 Encourage Opinion Communication and Participation in Management Increase the internal communication network of institutions and use various communication relationships to encourage employees to communicate more about opinions so as to enhance mutual understanding. Managers should also encourage employees to participate in the formulation of policies, formulation of plans and decisions on important measures so that employees can have more opportunities to make more contributions to the organization.
